T & D Payroll Services also offer a book- keeping service; this service is available for small to medium companies. Dependant on your business requirements we can offer an in-house or on-site service as regularly as you require. All computerised accounts are produced using our latest Sage software.
Computerised Book-Keeping consists of:
- Sales and purchase day books
- Bank payments and receipts
- Petty cash
- Nominal ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Monthly statements to customers
- Debtors and creditors lists monthly, or as required
- Our fees are calculated on a per entry basis
- Number of sales invoices
- Number of purchase invoices
- Number of receipts
This will also include all stationery.
